Last Saturday through Monday, we had a fantastic time in Steamboat Springs. I found my new favorite snow shoe run, Fish Creek Falls. With the creek frozen and snow packed, we literally trekked over the water and up onto the falls! It was unlike anything I've ever done before! A fun fact: The falls themselves (pictured below) are on the top label of the pale yellow Coors Banquet beer bottle.
Tuesday through Thursday brought us the installation of our fancy pants new windows. The verdict? Worth ever penny. Not only do they look a million times better both inside and out, but the heat stays in the house! Novel idea, right?
Wednesday brought the first of two storms. Thus prepping us for the storm to come!
